I have given an overall three star review for a number of reasons, starting with the positive: - The service of many of the staff was excellent, and apologies I didn’t take names but some of the ladies in the Lobby Bar were great, the staff down by the pool, in the Oceania and French restaurants were all good - attentive and friendly. I felt compelled to leave a balanced review to help other potential visitors in making their decision about where to book. Just returned from a week all-inclusive at Secrets, Vallarta Bay.
